Seven One Seven Parking Enterprises Starts the New Year being Awarded Management Contracts for Three Tampa Parking Facilities

Tampa, FL.   In January of 2015, Seven One Seven Parking has been granted the management contract for the Post Soho apartment homes parking Garage offering parking management and enforcement for Post Soho Properties in South Tampa.

In addition, Seven one Seven Parking has been granted the management contract for both of the TECO Plaza parking facilities in downtown Tampa. We offer management of daily and monthly parking for TECO employees and visitors as well as public, daily & event parking management at the Jackson Street and Tampa Street TECO lot locations. Seven One Seven Parking will be upgrading the parking equipment and signage on both properties.

Seven One Seven Parking is also proud to announce the management contract granted by Convergent Capital Partners for the Knights Point Garage on Harbour Island starting in February of 2015. Knights Point garage provides daily, event & monthly parking as well as serves as the main parking facility for Westin Hotel & Jacksons Bistro.
