Seven One Seven Parking Enterprises is currently seeking an experienced Content Marketing Coordinator responsible for developing new engaging campaigns and strategies to drive traffic and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the development of creative and digital content, graphic design, social media management, blog posting and weekly newsletters, email campaigns, website and SEO management. The Content Marketing Coordinator MUST be tech centered and knowledgeable of latest trends within the creative content and media landscape.

The candidate should have a background in marketing and experience with web analytics tools and applications, as well as marketing strategy. Ultimately, the Content Marketing Coordinator should help us achieve our business goals through development of strong content and marketing campaigns on all platforms.

This position is based out of our corporate office located in downtown Tampa, Florida. Primary areas of responsibility will be as follows:

Content Marketing Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies with marketing and sales team
  • Gather and analyze consumer behavior data in web traffic and rankings
  • Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
  • Contribute to collaborative efforts to generate digital, print advertising and organize promotional materials
  • Develop all creative and marketing content in house utilizing graphic design programs
  • Analyze market trends and competitors’ methods and activities
  • Assist in setting brand standards, mission, and goals
  • Improve reach to customers through SEO and Advertisement campaigns
  • Lead in creation of SEO, content, and design strategies
  • Maintain and update records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties as an assistant to the Sales and Marketing department
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic, rankings and campaign results)
  • Coordinate with senior leadership to create advertising material (e.g. brochures, newsletters, e-mail blast campaigns)
  • Write and edit blogs and press releases to be published through online platforms
  • Create consistent content, interactions, and visual styles across a suite of platforms and appropriately across browsers and all types of devices
  • Perform basic administrative and assistant duties such as calendar management, document editing, proposal development and special project assignments on set timelines as directed by department Vice President

Content Marketing Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or relevant field preferred
  • Superior graphic design skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and all graphic design platforms required
  • Social Media management, retargeting and advertising skills required
  • Significant experience with SEO/SEM campaigns and digital tools
  • Independent thinker and problem-solver with strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at one time
  • Superior computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, marketing technology applications such as web analytics and Google AdWords
  • Promotional video development and editing experience preferred
  • Up-to-date, very techie and hip on all latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
  • Personal Macbook/PC Laptop may be required
  • Knowledge in Web Design and WordPress
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
